The shipment of your parcel
Packages are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via courier. Once shipped, we will provide you with a link to track your parcel online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs and shipping costs. Management costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment.
We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them.
Your parcel will be sent at your risk, but special attention is paid in case of fragile items.
The boxes are suitably large and your articles are well protected.
If the package arrives at destination and is delivered in visibly damaged or suboptimal conditions, we recommend ACCEPTING or REFUSING delivery and contacting our Customer Service
In the event that there are one or more items missing, we ask you to promptly send some photos to email@example.com showing the package in the condition in which it was received so that we can forward a complaint to the reference courier.
